New trust plans
We set up Read Write Inc. Fresh Start training and support packages for all schools in your trust.
A trust may have a combination of schools new to Fresh Start, schools that had training and support within the last three years and schools due to renew their subscription.
New schools
Key staff have two in-school training days. The training takes place at a trust venue for up to 45 staff.
New school reading leads attend a one-hour remote Introduction to Fresh Start training and a one-hour remote Assessment training.

New schools have access to the Fresh Start online training subscription and an in-school development day.
Renewal trust plans
Trusts renew their plan every year. Each school in the trust has access to:
• the online subscription
• an in-school development day.
Included every half-term at no cost, the RMT trust trainer:
• analyses all data, provides a report and actions
• leads a remote progress meeting for the CEO, directors and trust reading lead.
