How does RWI Phonics transform reading and writing progress for every child?

Children and staff get the best results from Read Write Inc. when it is led by the headteacher. Please read the headteacher’s checklist before booking to make sure you can commit to the steps needed for success.

- renewing your Training Package for the original Read Write Inc. Phonics programme for one year
- switching to our new Read Write Inc. Phonics to Reading programme within a one-year period. We take you step by step through the process to give you continuous support.

Essential resources to help you teach the programme
Read Write Inc. Phonics resources are published by Oxford University Press. They include a large range of matched decodable books for both fiction and non-fiction, as well as Book Bag Books for take-home reading.
Other resources include Speed Sound cards, word cards, posters, handbooks, online teaching resources and eBooks to ensure you have everything you need to teach the programme effectively.
