Training and support for school groups
Consistent, high-quality training and support
We work with school groups across the globe to provide a high-quality, consistent approach to the leadership and teaching of reading.
We work with leaders, teachers and children to attain high reading results. Together we:
- keep with the child until they can read, however long it takes
- bring the teaching of reading and writing alive through coaching and practice
- make necessary adaptations so SEND children can thrive
- decide actions based on half-termly data
- embed positive, consistent behaviour strategies across the school
- develop high–quality interactions in all lessons.

The quality of the training, ongoing coaching and professional support has been exceptional, equipping our teachers with the knowledge and skills to teach phonics, reading and writing effectively.
By using data across our schools, we can identify needs, target support and maintain a sustained focus on ensuring every child becomes a fluent, confident reader.”
