Ruth Miskin Training has become employee-owned
RMT is a mission-led organisation. We exist to teach every child to read because, without reading, children have no future.
To show my commitment to our mission, we have become entirely employee-owned. I will continue as CEO.
What does this mean for teachers?
This means teachers can be confident that all profit will continue to be reinvested back into our training and support.
Teachers’ training and support remains exactly the same.

Ruth Miskin Training trains teachers to teach every child to read – regardless of background or need.
Over 10 million children have learnt to read with Read Write Inc. We have 160+ trainers who support schools to teach RWI programmes confidently and consistently.
Ruth Miskin is CEO of Ruth Miskin Training, now an Employee-Owned Trust.
